What is involved in class?
  • Learning correct boxing technique - how to throw a punch properly
  • General fitness exercises such as push-ups, squats, burpees and abdominal work.
  • Fun boxing drills working with a partner holding focus pads
  • Getting you heart rate up and burning off fat while having fun!

Comfortable clothing is a must! Make sure you can sweat in it!

Shoes are not required as we train on martial arts mats.

Anyone can do this class whether you are new to boxing or experienced - we cater for all fitness and skill levels. Everyone gets a great workout whether they are new to class or have been training for years.
