Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Zed started his martial arts training as an Amateur kickboxer in 2008 and found his way to BJJ after suffering a knee injury, weeks before a fight. He turned to BJJ full time not long after that and has had the privilege of training with some of the best BJJ practitioners in the country. Zed brings with him 7 years of Jiu Jitsu knowledge and currently holds a blue belt.
Zed’s loves Jiu Jitsu because of all the challenges it presents. Not only does it challenge him physically, but mentally as well. But he mainly trains because it’s fun, and fun is always good! 'There’s no better mind therapy than trying to figure your way out of your opponent's half-guard.'
